● Extruder

This Polyurethane Foaming Pipe Making Machine adopts special designed screw and barrel, with high efficient, ensuring the stable and high line speed; The rigid Polyurethane layer is directly injected into the chamber between Inner pipe and outer protection HDPE layer, by foaming machine using the liquid of polyurethane foam plastic, it called “pipe in pipe foaming technology”.
