High Speed (polyurethane) PU Pipe Production Line
Based on the great researches and applications of creative extrusion concept, the high output
selfdesigned extruder adopted specialized screw and barrel, which is developed according to
the features of different polyurethane materials. It not only improve the plasticizing & dispersion
effect, but also ensure no degradation of raw material.
As per the features of different polyurethane grade, different property, the die head adopted
different melting flow type and sizing model accordingly, guranteed high efficient extrusion for
different material grade. Basing on rich experience of multilayer co-extrusion; the optimal
solution of of co-extrusion for different materials can be provided.
The PLC control system can realize function of multi-machine linkage, separate machine running,
fault diagnosis, remote control, etc, ensuring the synchronization and final product accuracy.
