● The die head mold adopts KAIDE originally patented type pressure storage sprial mould,which effectively overcome the momentary fluctuation of extrusion presure, realize the stable extrusion, it is the absolutely necessary for high speed and stable production.
● Adopted Siemens PLC system to realize many intelligent operations, such as multi machine linkage, separate machine control, fault diagosis,remote control, etc.At the same time, advanced online monitoring and control technologies, such as servo tracking technology, static filter technology etc. Are used to ensure plasticizing quality and produced pipe accuracy at high speed extrusion.
● The manufactured PE pipe is mainly applied for online drip pipe, the main & branch pipe line of drip irrigation system in agriculture irrigation fields.
