LDPE Nozzle/Suction Pipe Production Line

This pipe production line is used to produce soft LDPE tube, which is mainly as nozzle tube of liquid soap, toner, emulsion and other liquid cosmetics, which has high precision tolerance request for this kind of tube.

4EXTRUDER: Specilized long L/D screw and bareel design, for LDPE raw materials well-plasticizing, and high efficient output;

4GRAVIEMTER:High precision Gravimeter control system was equipped, insuring the stable weight per meter, perfect to guarantee the finished pipe wihtin tolerance; shorten start-up time, reducer unnecesary material consumption, and reduce the reliance on operator's skill.

4VACUUM TANK: The vacuum degree was precisely controlled to ensure the high precision sizing of the tube, the calibrator adopts specialized design for high efficiency cooling.

4HAUL-OFF MACHINE：Siemens Servo Motor driven, high speed belt haul-off machinery, synchronous control with the extruder rotating speed, closed loop control with Gravimeter, with high response speed, and stable performance, which is the basic points for high speed production .

4LASER DIAMETER GAUGE: Dual axis measuring laser diameter instrument was equipped, the range for max.＆ min. OD limit can be setted, if the pipe OD beyond the tolerance, the alarm works to remind operator do the adjustment immediately.

4WINDER: The double station coiler adopts Siemens servo traversing unit, stable and precisely wiring displacement, independent Siemens PLC control system, for length setting, coils width setting, etc.
